Android 4.4 KitKat has no more the possibility to launch the built-in application permissions manager.
This application simply allows you access the hidden Settings section to grant or revoke the permissions approved for each application at installation time.
It's only a few line of codes but, ehi, this is my first attempt at Play Store =)
The good news is that it is free, without any advertising and last but not least it does not require any permission.
