ADAC Nothelfer APP - Quick Help for Customers of the ADAC Car Insurance

Exclusively for insured persons of ADAC car insurance, this app offers quick help with the damage report. The damage can be reported quickly and easily either online or by phone.

The support from Google Maps is unique with the emergency helper app: Live location is quickly and easily secured the relevant details about the scene of the accident. In addition, an individual accident sketch can be created in Google Maps and a photo security.

The emergency helper app contains the following functions:

• Assistance after an accident

• Aid after a breakdown

• Information on the correct behavior after wild damage or vehicle theft

• A phone book with important telephone numbers

• Complete damage report online / by phone

• Determination of the current location

• Creation of the individual accident sketch by holding the individual accident situation directly in the displayed card (admission position of the vehicles and people involved traffic signs, traffic lights, traffic lights). This is an exclusive application in cooperation with Google.

• Card display for the nearest police station

• Archiving of the damage reports

Notes:

The emergency helper app is generally available to all ADAC members. The function of direct damage report online/by phone is exclusively for ADAC car insured; The other functions can be used by all members.

To determine your location, the location services must be activated in the settings of your phone and no flight mode must be selected. An internet connection is required to display the current location and for the sketch function.

So that you can fully use the "Report damage online now" function, you must agree to the terms of use contained in the settings.

Smartphone's from the Android version 1.6 are currently supported. The app was optimized for smartphone with a RAM from 512 RAM (photo function in the app).

When using abroad, additional, sometimes very high roaming fees may be incurred by the map display, provided that you have activated data roaming in the settings. Please inform yourself about the tariffs for data use abroad from your mobile phone provider.

The app supports you in the damage report. In the event of medical emergencies or danger to life and life, please call the Europe -wide emergency number 112 on your phone.
