HISTOIRE

A girl's spirit with no recollection of her past find herself inside Cafe 0, a mysterious Cafe in the middle of nowhere. Servi avec seulement un verre d'eau par le serveur particulier, Sui - alors elle a réalisé qu'elle était sur le point de revivre les sept derniers jours avant sa mort.

L'en entourant est Ami, une fille qui prétendait être sa meilleure amie, Tooru, un garçon qui devrait être son petit ami précédent, et Shou, le médecin de l'école? Quel est leur lien avec son passé et comment sont-ils liés à sa mort?
